Beer with no name

With the brass band festival on the way on the 12th and 13th of July we decided to take the opportunity to brew a one off recipe and have a little experiment with some new malt. We intended to create a very pale beer at 4.5% with a slightly sweet and smooth aftertaste. What we’ve ended up with is a very nice drink, it’s got the initial hop character which quickly subsides and leaves a lovely malty sweetness in your mouth. We’ll be selling it at the brass band festival as the official festival ale but it’s already proved so popular we need to make it a permanent part of our lineup. Only thing to do now is to come up with a name.
