Mild

Our latest regular beer is in the fermenter. Ironbridge Mild is going to be 3.1%; it’s got a delicious caramelly toffee flavour and a thick thick head. Should be done fermenting by Monday and then in to the conditioning tank and I reckon it should be ready to be racked into casks by about Thursday. We’ll also be bottling some of it straight away. Looks a lot like a Mild should look – darkish brown with a thick off-white head and delicious with it.
