We’ve now got 5 litre mini-casks of real ale available from the brewery or from the pub. These little beauties hold 8 1/2 pints of real ale. They need to be allowed to settle for 24 hours before you can enjoy the beer but it’s worth the wait. Real ale at home at £2 a pint.
We fill the mini-casks at the brewery and they contain the live yeast sediment that makes real ale real and keeps the contents fresh. Unopened they’re good for a month from filling date. Once opened they should be consumed within three days. Just like the real thing in the pub!
Mini-casks will soon be available via our website for home delivery. Should be easier to courier than bottles (I hope).
Come along to our brewery in Ironbridge or our pub in Oakengates and pick one or two up in time for the football. They’re just £17 each.
